Summary: | An open-close type current transformer comprises a pair of separation iron cores (a and b), one separation iron core is large, the other separation iron core is small, the separation iron cores are independently and correspondingly installed in two frame type plastic protective shells (c and d), one frame type plastic protective shell is large, the other frame type plastic protective shell is small, the large and small plastic protective shells are provided with bottom covers (e and f) respectively, a current sampling coil (g) is arranged on the large iron core and is encapsulated through epoxy resin as a whole, a sampling signal is led out through a cable, one edge of the large protective shell and one edge of the small protective shell are hinged through a hinge shaft (i) in a turnable mode, and the other end of the large protective shell and the other end of the small protective shell are provided with lock buckles (k) used for locking the two protective shells; an arch-shaped spring piece (h) is disposed between a small bottom cover of the small protective shell and the small separation iron core. Compared with an existing open-close type current transformer, the transformer is provided with a locking mechanism, does not need to be fixed through screws or steel strips, and can be quickly installed without tools. The current transformer has the dustproof and waterproof capacity, can be directly used outdoors, avoids dirt and corrosion problems in long-time use, and is high in stability. |
