An illuminating device comprises an illuminating module and a lampshade module. The illuminating module comprises a radiator body, a carrying base plate arranged on the radiator body, an illuminating unit arranged on the carrying base plate and a circuit base plate arranged on the carrying base plate and around the illuminating unit. The circuit base plate is electrically connected with the carrying base plate, and the circuit base plate and the radiator body are separated from each other for a preset distance. The lampshade module comprises a shell structure arranged on the radiator body and the circuit base plate and a lampshade structure removably arranged on the shell structure. The shell structure is provided with two or more first clamping components arranged on the shell structure, and the lampshade structure is provided with two or more second clamping components corresponding to the two or more first clamping components respectively. By means of the mutual clamping cooperation between the two or more first clamping components and the two or more second clamping components, the lampshade structure are removably located on the shell structure.
