The automatic gas-liquid separator draining system comprises a gas-liquid separator, a liquid level detecting device installed at one end of the gas-liquid separator, the outlet end of the gas-liquid separator is connected with a normal draining pipeline and an emergency draining pipeline in parallel, the normal draining pipeline is provided with a first electric ball valve, a flash tank and a storage tank in sequence, and the emergency draining pipeline is provided with a second electric ball valve. The tail end of the emergency draining pipeline is connected with the storage tank. The liquid level detecting device is electrically connected with the first electric ball valve and the second electric ball valve. According to the draining system, automatic draining under the normal working condition and the emergency working condition is achieved, the running adaptability of a station yard is improved, the normal running of a downstream compressor is guaranteed, and the fault rate of the compressor is reduced.
