Summary:The utility model relates to a novel FDY spinning heating evaporator which comprises a tank. A heating U-shaped tube is arranged in the tank. An inlet and an outlet of the heating U-shaped tube penetrate through the tank. Liquid phase heat media capable of being evaporated through heating are contained in the tank. The tank is provided with a vapor outlet which is connected with a heated box through a pipeline. A condenser is arranged in the box and connected with the tank through a return pipe. Compared with the prior art, the evaporator has the advantages of being simple in structure, practical and reasonable, fully utilizing residual energy generated by other machining devices for spinning production for replacing a mode of heating through an electrical heating tube, reducing energy consumption, saving the energy and reducing the production cost.
