Summary: | The utility model relates to a multi-stage raw gas washing system. In order to remove dust in gas stream gasified raw gas at a pressure up to 10MPa and a temperature exceeding the melting point of fuel ash, a multi-stage gas washing system is adopted. A first washing stage comprises an improved quenching system and a postpositional cleaning cylinder working as a blowing column; a second washing stage comprises one or more venturi cleaners which are connected in series; and a third washing stage comprises a plurality of high-pressure spraying mechanisms for washing water, a partial condenser and a separation cylinder, wherein the partial condenser is used for cooling the raw gas at a amplitude of 1 DEG C-15 DEG C and is provided with a condensed water formation mechanism and the separation cylinder is provided with a cleaning bottom plate and a defogger coated with plastic. |
