Summary: | The utility model discloses a part machining fixture. The part machining fixture comprises a chuck and a fixture body. The fixture body is arranged on the chuck and comprises at least two clamping parts of the same structure, wherein the clamping parts are arranged in an annular mode. Each clamping part comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece which are connected, wherein the first clamping piece is arranged at the end, close to the axis of the fixture body, of the second clamping piece. The outer side face of the first clamping piece extends out of the end face of the second clamping piece in the axial direction of the fixture body so that a clamping face used for tensioning and clamping a part to be machined can be formed. The part machining fixture effectively solves the technical problems that due to the fact that an existing thin-walled type or cavity type mechanical part has been deformed after being used for a long time and is prone to deformation when clamped, an assembly face aligned in the traditional process is a non-standard assembly face, and if machining is conducted with the non-standard assembly face as the reference, the machined to-be-machined part is not prone to meeting the actual form and location tolerance requirement, and the accuracy is ensured after the mechanical part is machined. |
