Summary: | The utility model discloses a conductive system for a circuit breaker. The conductive system comprises a thermal element, a bimetallic sheet, a moving contact and a baffle, wherein the thermal element is formed through integral punching and sequentially comprises a left power connection sheet, an n-shaped bending part and a right power connection sheet from left to right; the bottom of the bimetallic sheet is riveted on and fixed to the left side wall of the bending part through first rivets; in the height direction of the thermal element, the right power connection sheet is higher than the first rivets; the left power connection sheet is connected with the moving contact through flexible conductors; the baffle is riveted on and fixed to the upper part of the left power connection sheet through second rivets. The conductive system for the circuit breaker is simplified and reasonable in structure and convenient to assemble, effectively improves the working efficiency and lowers the manufacturing cost. |
