The soil sampling device comprises a shell of a shell structure, wherein an opening is formed in the lower end of the shell, and an open hole is formed in the upper end of the shell; a base is arranged at the lower end of an inner cavity of the shell, a bevel gear and a central rotating wheel are coaxially arranged one above the other at the upper end of the inner cavity of the shell, an axle of the bevel gear and the central rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the base, a motor is installed on the upper surface of the shell, and a motor shaft of the motor is provided with a drive wheel which is engaged with the bevel gear; a plurality of sampling rods are arranged on the base, a sampling sleeve is arranged at the lower end of each sampling rod, each sampling sleeve is arranged in a guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve is fixedly connected to the base; the upper part of each sampling rod is provided with a side rotating wheel engaged with the central rotating wheel, and the side rotating wheel is connected with the sampling rod in a spiral way; the center of the central rotating wheel is connected with the sampling rod in a spiral way, the upper end of the sampling rod stretches out of the open hole, and the sampling sleeve at the lower end of the sampling rod penetrates through the center of the base.
