The material conveying device is characterized in that the material conveying device further comprises a material scrapping device and an adjusting device (300), the material scrapping device is provided with a material scrapping portion (211), and the adjusting device (300) enables the material scrapping portion (211) to make contact with the return stroke segment of the annular conveying belt (120). By means of the material conveying device, it can be well avoided that the return stroke segment of the annular conveying belt is bonded with materials.
