A city environmental protection greening device comprises supporting blocks, a second filtering mechanism, storage boxes, a rectangular frame, first filtering mechanisms, a steel plate, a material passing device and concave frames, wherein the four supporting blocks are arranged on the inner sides of four planes at the lower end of the rectangular frame; the steel plate is arranged at the upper ends of the supporting blocks; the second filtering mechanism is arranged at the upper end of the steel plate; the two storage boxes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the rectangular frame respectively; the two first filtering mechanism are respectively arranged in the two concave frames respectively; three faces of the upper end of each concave frame are provided with faces extending to the outer side, and the faces extending to the outer side are arranged on upper end openings to the storage boxes; the front side and the rear side of the rectangular frame are both provided with an opening, and the material passing device is arranged in the openings.
