Summary:The utility model provides a rotor of a motor, a motor and an air conditioner. With the rotor, the motor and the air conditioner adopted, performance and reliability can be improved, and cost can be reduced. The rotor of the motor comprises a shaft, rotor magnets and position detection-used magnets, wherein the rotor magnets are arranged on the shaft integrally around the shaft, the position detection-used magnets are arranged at one axial end portion of each rotor magnet, and each rotor magnet includes a supporting seat which is arranged at an end surface at the position detection-used magnet side, and a protrusion which is arranged on the supporting seat and is provided with a pouring opening for molding; the position detection-used magnets are provided with holes into which the protrusions can be plugged into; the protrusions are plugged into the holes, and the position detection-used magnets abut against the supporting seats; the front end portions of the protrusions are subjected to thermal fusion welding, so that thermally fused portions can be formed; and therefore, the position detection-used magnets can be fixed on the rotor magnets.
