Summary:The utility model discloses a ray-proof material for radiation treatment lead-alloy block technology. The material is formed by overlapping of at least a composite material layer mixed by a polymer matrix layer and inorganic powder, and at least a coating, and at least a metal braiding layer. The thickness of the ray-proof material is 0.5 to 3.0 cm. The ray-proof material can be used for ray shielding in places having radioactive sources, such as a baffle block in electronic wire radiation treatment, or radiotherapy protective clothing manufacture, and also shield fields of factories and laboratories. The ray-proof material has no lead and cadmium, has good toughness, is easily machined and formed, effectively reduces bremsstrahlung, improves treatment precision and protection of normal tissues, and reduces environmental pollution in the manufacture and use process, reduces damages to staff health. The ray-proof material is novel and environmentally protective.
