The profile detection device comprises a door-shaped supporting rack, and the inner side of the door-shaped supporting rack is, from bottom to top, sequentially provided with a blade root supporting plate, a blade body lower part fixing plate, a plurality of detection clamping plates, a blade body upper part fixing plate, and a blade top supporting plate. The inner side surface of the door-shaped supporting rack above a groove is provided with at least two fixing strip groups which are arranged vertically in pairs. Each fixing strip group is formed by embedding a plurality of fixing strips in the inner side surface of the door-shaped supporting rack sequentially in an end-to-end manner, and the fixing strips are provided with a plurality of supporting protruding blocks. The inner side surface of the door-shaped supporting rack is provided with a plurality of horizontally-arranged supporting strips which are supported by the supporting protruding blocks on the inner side surface of the door-shaped supporting rack, and the supporting strips and the door-shaped supporting rack are fixedly connected together by bolts.
