A mined-out area air bag type filling device for a coal mine comprises an inflation system and two rails, the two rails are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction, a rolling shaft is connected to the two rails in a rolling mode, the two ends of the rolling shaft are each connected with an inner winding shaft through a connection rod, a long air bag belt located between the two rails is wound around the inner winding shafts, the two ends of the rolling shaft are in transmission connection with drive motors, the long air bag belt is provided with multiple unaerated air bags distributed in a matrix array, the top of each air bag is provided with a one-way air inlet valve, an air inlet pipe is connected between every two one-way air inlet valves on the air bags arranged in the transverse direction, the same ends of the air inlet pipes are connected with an air conveying pipeline, and an air inlet of the air conveying pipeline is connected with an air outlet of an inflation system. A steel wire net is laid between every two adjacent air bags, prestress is generated on the side faces of the inflated air bags, the number of workers working in a mined-out area is reduced, the requirement for safe and efficient production is met, and the mined-out area air bag type filling device can be used for treatment of the mined-out area of the coal mine.
