The drill pipe drift diameter gauge component comprises a drift diameter gauge body in the shape of a circular tube, a lifting lug which is fixedly connected to the top end of the drift diameter gauge body, a supporting base with an axial-penetrating type through hole, and a supporting step which is arranged on the middle section of the through hole of the supporting base and can be used for supporting the drift diameter gauge body, wherein an inner cavity in the upper part of the supporting step is larger than the drift diameter gauge body; a top joint which can be connected with the bottom end of a to-be-drifted drill pipe is arranged on the top of the supporting base. When the drift diameter gauge in the shape of the circular tube is used for drifting the diameter, the drift diameter gauge body can be arranged in a preset through hole in the supporting base; a through hole is formed in the drift diameter gauge for conveniently passing through a fluid; the through hole is bulged towards the shaft center, namely the inner side to form the supporting step which can be used for blocking the drift diameter gauge from passing to achieve an effect of supporting the drift diameter gauge; the supporting base is equipped with a connecting part connected with the bottom end of the drill pipe, so that the drift diameter gauge is finally received by the supporting base while being used for drifting diameter from the upper end to the lower end under the action of gravity, thereby realizing protecting and recycling the drift diameter gauge.
