One end of the oil returning pipe is connected with a pump vane wheel and the other end of the oil returning pipe is connected with the oil storage tank. The forced air is above the oil storage tank and the adjusting proportional valve which is in contact with the forced air is arranged above the oil storage tank. One end of the oil feeding pipeline is connected with the oil storage tank and the other end of the oil feeding pipeline is connected to the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is connected with the pump vane wheel. The hydraulic retarder is arranged inside rims of wheels on two sides of the trailer.
