According to the wheel and the vehicle which are provided by the utility model, the drainage hole is formed, so that the central hole of the wheel is prevented from a water accumulation problem, and the problems that potential safety hazards are caused by the easily-corroded wheel rotary shaft and the entire-vehicle appearance is influenced by outflow rust water are avoided.
