Summary: | The utility model discloses a jig applied to screen printing of characters. The jig comprises an operation table, a limiting block and an air pump, wherein the limiting block is fixedly arranged on the middle part of the upper end face of the operation table; the air pump is connected to an air-absorbing cavity; the limiting block is detachably and fixedly arranged on the operation table in order that limiting blocks of different sizes can be replaced according to the size of a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) window area; a fixed area is formed on the operation table for accommodating a PCB; the operation table is provided with a plurality of air-absorbing holes which are penetrated in the vertical direction in the fixed area; the air-absorbing holes are distributed in different positions which correspond to the corners and middle of the PCB in the fixed area; the air pump is connected with air-absorbing holes; the PCB is arranged on the fixed area of the operation table; the air pump is used for generating a negative pressure above the operation table through the air-absorbing holes in order to fix the PCB at a fixing position; the limiting block on the operation able extends into the window area below the PCB and is pressed against the lower side of a screen printing area. Therefore, uniform stress in the screen printing area during screen printing is ensured, and the screen printing quality is ensured; the negative pressure is generated above the operation table through the air pump to fix the PCB, so that the PCB is effectively prevented from swinging. |
