Summary: | Disclosed is a flat blanking machine with elevating unit. The machine comprises a product holder, a blanking platform and a bump sizing unit with a baffle plate. The blanking platform is disposed at one side of the product holder. The bump sizing unit with the baffle plate is disposed at the end part of the blanking platform. The machine further comprises an X-type elevating unit that comprises an X-type elevating rod, a base, an oil cylinder, a counter, a controller, and an oil cylinder drive unit. The X-type elevating rod comprises a long rod A and a long rod B that are crossed and hinged. The X-type elevating rod is disposed between the blanking platform and the base. The counter is disposed inside a shearing device. The output end of the counter is connected to the input end of the controller. The output end of the controller is connected to the oil cylinder drive unit. The oil cylinder drive unit is connected to the oil cylinder. The bottom part of the oil cylinder is fixedly connected to the base. The top part of the oil cylinder is hinged to the X-type elevating rod through a piston rod. The machine enables point elevation through the X-type elevating unit, and ensures the blanking platform to accurately move down. A counterweight unit is used for preventing the X-type elevating unit from being exceedingly vibrated in the move-down process. Low move-down noise of the blanking platform is achieved. |
