The utility model discloses a cutter head flushing device of a shield tunneling machine. The cutter head flushing device comprises a reducing screwed joint, a sprayer and a valve. The end, with the larger diameter, of the reducing screwed joint is connected with a screwed base reserved on an earth bin separation plate of the shield tunneling machine, and the end, with the smaller diameter, of the reducing screwed joint is connected with a water outlet of the valve. The sprayer is arranged on the reducing screwed joint and stretches deep into an earth bin of the shield tunneling machine. When mud cakes are generated on a cutter head of the shield tunneling machine and flushing is needed, the valve of the device is opened, and flushing fluid enters the reducing screwed joint through the valve and is sprayed out through the sprayer to carry out flushing operation on the mud cakes on the cutter head. By the adoption of the device, the mud cakes on the cutter head of the shield tunneling machine can be flushed effectively and rapidly without opening the bin, the risks of cutter head washing operation are lowered, economic losses caused by entering the bin under pressure for washing are avoided, and the shield tunneling machine can recover tunneling operation rapidly.
