The stirring apparatus comprises a shell in which a hollow cavity is arranged, wherein the shell is provided with a feed inlet, a water inlet with a first valve, and a discharge hole with a second valve; the feed inlet, the water inlet and the discharge hole are respectively communicated with the hollow cavity; the outside of the side wall of the shell is provided with a glass pipe level gauge; one end of the glass pipe level gauge is communicated with the upper end of the shell side wall; the other end of the glass pipe level gauge is communicated with the lower end of the shell side wall; the stirring apparatus further comprises a stirring blade in the hollow cavity of the shell, a transmission shaft which is fixedly connected the stirring blade and penetrates out of the shell, and a motor which is in transmission connection with the transmission shaft penetrating out of the shell; the stirring blade is spiral. The stirring apparatus is characterized in that the flocculent dosage in the shell can be controlled in the constant dosage on the premise of preventing an operator from being poisoned or injured, and the preparation concentration of the medicament is controlled.
