Summary: | An idle pulley structure tension roller of an engine comprises a tension roller support, an idle pulley assembly, a tension roller pressing plate, a bolt and a gasket. The tension roller support is fixed on a gear chamber cover, the bolt which is sleeved with the gasket is mounted on the idle pulley assembly through the tension roller pressing plate, and the idle pulley assembly is fixed on the tension roller support and can freely rotate on the tension roller support. The idle pulley assembly is compressed on the tension roller support through the tension roller pressing plate. By the adoption of the structure, large external force can be borne, the requirement for the coplanarity of a gear train is low, the structural strength of the idle pulley structure is increased, the phenomenon of part scrapping caused by damage to the tension roller for the reason that operation is not standard in the assembling process is avoided, dismounting is convenient, the later period use and the service maintenance are facilitated, the reliability is higher, and the cost is lower. |
