According to the waste household appliance plastic shell processing system, waste household appliances and large-product plastic shells are firstly shredded into small pieces through the first-level shredding machine, the irregular shell plastic is crushed into small pieces of piece-shaped or particle-shaped plastic of the uniform size through the fine crusher, then the piece-shaped or particle-shaped plastic is conveyed to the first-level potcher, the heat cleaning machine and the second-level potchers through the friction cleaning machine to be subjected to cleaning, impurity removal and sorting, and finally the separated plastic is subjected to dewatering, drying and dedusting through the dehydrators and the drying machine. According to the waste household appliance plastic shell processing system, by means of a whole recycling system, the manual recycling cost of the waste household appliance plastic is lowered effectively, the utilization rate of plastic raw materials is increased, the environment is protected, and energy is saved.
