The shell and tube reactor comprises a shell pass barrel (1), and the two ends of the shell side barrel (1) are connected with a reactant inlet end socket (2) and a product outlet end socket (3) respectively. The shell and tube reactor is characterized in that the two ends of the shell side barrel (1) are connected with an upper tube plate (4) and a lower tube plate (5) respectively, and the distance between the upper tube plate (4) and the upper port of the shell side barrel (1) and the distance between the lower tube plate (5) and the lower port of the shell side barrel (1) range from 100 mm to 250 mm. Tube plates, serving as flanges, of the shell and tube reactor are changed into the tube plates not serving as the flanges, the barrel and a pair of equipment flanges are arranged, the added barrel and the added equipment flanges play a necking role, and therefore the millimeter-level particle spherical filler is easy to load and unload, scattering is reduced, losses of the filler are reduced, and meanwhile environmental pollution caused by the filler is reduced; thus, the shell and tube reactor has certain economic benefits and environmental protection benefits and has good application prospects. |
