The utility model provides an ear pad installing tool which comprises a tool pedestal. The tool pedestal is provided with multiple recessed positioning dies, the recessed positioning dies are provided with spring thimbles which can move up and down at the central positions respectively, step through holes are respectively arranged under the centers of the recessed positioning dies, the spring thimbles and compression springs are mounted in the step holes, the spring thimbles are inserted into the step holes from bottom to top, and the upper end portions of the spring thimbles penetrate into the recessed positioning dies. During installation of ear pads, the ear pads of different specifications are inserted into the spring thimbles respectively, when an earphone accommodation box is pressed down to the ear pad installing tool, the spring thimbles are moved downwardly due to pressure, the ear pads are naturally sleeved with fixed columns of the earphone accommodation box, and thus, the ear pad installing tool positions and installs the ear pads, selects the ear pads of different specifications and prevents using mistakes of the ear pads; and the ear pad installing tool can rapidly install the ear pads and avoid operators from possible damage.
