The shovel blade mechanism control unit comprises a lift cylinder controller, a plurality of proximity switches for detecting the positions of the anode conductive rods and a shovel blade hydraulic controller. The sling chain mechanism control unit comprises a sling chain motor controller. The components of the quartering hammer mechanism control unit, the shovel blade mechanism control unit and the sling chain mechanism control unit are connected with the PLC controller through an analog input module. The electric control system realizes automatic control of the device for removing the aluminum oxide crusting blocks; the operation is easy; interface design is humanized and easy to operate; and the clearing process can be completely done in an automatic manner, thereby reducing labor intensity.
