The speed ratio stepless regulation device comprises a speed ratio executive motor and a speed ratio executing mechanism; when a vehicle is started, the stepless speed change system master control unit sends an order to the magnetic powder clutch control unit, the magnetic powder clutch control unit controls current input to the magnetic powder clutch to enable the magnetic powder clutch to be engaged, after the vehicle is started, with increasing of the vehicle speed, the stepless speed change system master control unit receives various condition messages of the vehicle so as to control the rotation speed and the rotation angle of the speed ratio executive motor through the speed ratio control unit according to a designed speed ratio control strategy and a speed ratio control rule, the speed ratio executive motor drives a driving pulley moving disc and a driven pulley moving disc to move in the axial direction through the speed ratio executing mechanism, and therefore the speed ratio of the stepless speed change system is changed. Speed ratio optimized control is achieved, the speed ratio executing mechanism is more reasonable and simpler in structure, and part manufacturing and assembling are more convenient.
