Summary:The utility model provides a sand blasting perforator which comprises a body with an upper connector, a rotary body, a nozzle and an impeller. A hole is formed in the side wall of the body. The body is provided with a fluid channel communicating the upper connector with the hole. The rotary body is arranged inside the hole in a rotatable mode and is coaxial with the hole. The nozzle is eccentrically arranged on the rotary body. The impeller is arranged inside the fluid channel in a rotatable mode. When fluid passes through the fluid channel, the impeller can be driven by the fluid to rotate, and then the rotary body is driven to rotate. When the sand blasting perforator conducts sand blasting perforation operation, the aperture of a perforation sleeve is adjustable from 20 mm to 50 mm, and the aperture of the perforation sleeve is increased compared with the prior art.
