The back adhesive fitting mechanism further comprises a group of embossing rollers positioned at the rear ends of the heat-radiating film unwinding roller and the corresponding guide roller; the embossing rollers are positioned between the heat-radiating film unwinding roller and the fitting rollers. The back adhesive fitting mechanism has the benefits that the two surfaces of a heat-radiating film before a back adhesive is fitted are subjected to grain forming through the one group of embossing rollers; during back adhesive fitting, grains on the two sides of a heat conduction layer can be utilized for driving internal air bubbles away so as to form a heat-radiating adhesive tape without air bubbles, therefore, the product quality and the use effect are effectively ensured.
