The anti-looseness structure is characterized by comprising a crosshead and the lock nut, wherein at least one threaded hole distributed around a round hole is formed in one end surface, opposite to the lock nut, of the crosshead, the lock nut is an edge-opening nut, at least one square groove corresponding to the at least one threaded hole is axially formed in the outer wall surface of the lock nut and aligned to the at least one threaded hole, and a screw is mounted in each square groove and each threaded hole; a notch is radially formed in the outer wall surface of the lock nut, a threaded hole axially penetrating through the notch is formed in one end surface of the lock nut, and a screw is mounted in the threaded hole. According to the anti-looseness structure, a traditional lock nut and a universal lock nut are combined, and the anti-looseness structure is designed in such a manner that advantages of the traditional lock nut and the universal lock nut are taken and defects of the traditional lock nut and the universal lock nut are overcome, so that the advantages that the traditional lock nut is simple in structure and convenient to mount can be realized, and the advantage that the universal lock nut can play an anti-looseness role under any condition can also be realized.
