A gland packing port of the packing assembly is connected with one end of a plunger and used for putting in gland packing; the withdrawer is attached to the side face of one end of the plunger and comprises an arc cutting head and a positioning block; one end of the arc cutting head is connected with one side of the positioning block while the other end of the same is connected with the gland packing port; the positioning block is connected with a handle and used for positioning the arc cutting head so as to prevent the arc cutting head from scratching the gland packing. The handle is rotated to drive the arc cutting head to rotate and to be connected with the gland packing, and the gland packing rotates out of the packing assembly along with the arc cutting head, so that time for withdrawing the gland packing can be shortened, and damage to the packing assembly and the plunger can be avoided.
