The packing press-in device has the advantages that a belt pulley of the plunger pump can be shifted, the press-in sleeve is driven to run towards the packing assembly, the packing in the guide ring is pressed into the packing assembly, accordingly, the packing can be uniformly pressed into the packing assembly at one step, the packing press-in quality can be guaranteed, and the work efficiency can be improved.
