Summary:The utility model discloses an automatic cutting device for a corrugated board with U-type grooves. The device comprises an automatic flame cutting trolley and a cutting torch and further comprises a sleeve, wherein the automatic flame cutting trolley is provided with a support used for supporting a gas distributor, the cutting torch is connected with the gas distributor through a gas pipe, the cutting torch is connected with a movable base through a large rack, and the movable base is connected with the support. The cutting torch is sleeved with the sleeve which is connected with the cutting torch through a hoop, the sleeve is connected with the large rack, a dual-guide supporting device is disposed at the bottom end of the cutting torch, the dual-guide supporting device is composed of cutting nozzle supporting frames, telescopic guide pipes, springs and rolling guide wheels which are connected in sequence in a left-right mode, the connection line where connection points of the cutting nozzle supporting frames, the telescopic guide pipes, the springs and the rolling guide wheels are located is parallel to the cutting torch, and the left cutting nozzle supporting frame and the right cutting nozzle supporting frame are fixedly connected with the cutting torch through a clamping device. By means of the automatic cutting device, automatic cutting of boards with uneven surfaces is achieved, the automatic cutting scheme is novel, economical, efficient, safe, applicable and high in cutting quality, engineering problems are solved, and targets of engineering application are achieved.
