Summary: | A communication device for use in a panorama ultrasonic detector comprises a master control module, a first noise filter circuit connected with a winch servo control system and a second noise filter circuit connected with a detector probe. The master control module is connected with the first noise filter circuit and the second noise filter circuit via an RS-485 bus respectively. The master control module is connected with a UART-TCP conversion module through an RS-232 bus. The UART-TCP conversion module is in communication connection with a host computer through a TCP connection manner. The communication device for use in the panorama ultrasonic detector overcomes the operation stability problem of a panorama ultrasonic detector in a complex electromagnetic environment, guarantees high data transmission efficiency and a low error rate, and meets measurement timeliness requirements of the panorama ultrasonic detector. |
