The foundation structure is characterized by further comprising baffles which are arranged between the base piles surrounding the covering layer; the whole covering layer is surrounded with the baffles and the base piles. According to the foundation structure, the baffles are arranged between the base piles surrounding the foundation, so that water surrounding the foundation can be stopped scouring the inner covering layer by the baffles, and as a result, the foundation stability is avoided damage; the foundation structure is ingenious in structure and convenient to construct.
