Summary: | The utility model discloses a high-efficiency accurate delivering device capable of simultaneously delivering multiple feather pieces, which is capable of realizing the situation of enabling the multiple feather pieces to be accurately and efficiently delivered to delivery boxes corresponding to all feather pieces and having classification specification numbers at the same time. Each measured feather piece can pass through multiple passages of an automatic feeding component and can be simultaneously delivered to a corresponding feather piece box on a multi-layer delivery disc of a delivery tower. The delivery tower is driven to rotate by a driver, and the delivery tower is aligned to the position of a next delivery box when the delivery tower is rotated by one index; at a stalling interval, when the specification number of one feather piece in a feather piece box is judged to be consistent with the specification number of the corresponding delivery box which is aligned to the current feather piece box by a delivery controller, the feather piece can be delivered to a target delivery box by using a blowing method. The high-efficiency accurate delivering device disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that the structure is compact, simultaneous delivery of the multiple feather pieces can be realized, and the delivering reliability and the production efficiency of the feather pieces can be obviously increased. |
