A medicative cart for medical care comprises a cart frame and cartwheels installed at the bottom of the cart frame, the cart frame comprises an upper plate, a lower plate and a supporting rod, wherein the supporting rod comprises an upper supporting rod and a lower supporting rod which are divided into two segments from top to bottom by the upper plate, the lower plate and the cartwheels, rod sleeves that are connected in a rotary manner are arranged on the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod respectively, a big ferrule is connected on the rod sleeve arranged on the upper supporting rod, a small ferrule is connected on the rod sleeve arranged on the lower supporting rod, a bottle body supporting frame is arranged on the upper plate, the bottle body supporting frame is internally provided with a plurality of circular holes, three side edges of the upper plate are provided with baffles, a lighting lamp is arranged on the baffle on one side, the baffle on a side is provided with a lighting lamp switch, the bottom surface of the upper plate is provided with a plurality of instrument drawers capable of disinfecting, the bottom surface of the upper plate is provided with a guide rail corresponding to the instrument drawers, the guide rail is in sliding connection with the instrument drawers, and fences are arranged around the upper surface of the lower plate.
