According to the small hydraulic oil tank sealing structure, the sealing countersunk grooves and the O-shaped sealing rings are fitted and the cover plate is fixed on the box by virtue of a bolt, so that the use of a nut and a spring gasket is reduced, oil leakage between the box and the cover plate due to compression deformation and aging during long-term use of a sheet type sealing gasket is avoided, the sealing effects are good, and the oil tank is conveniently cleaned after long-term use. The whole device consists of a U-shaped plate and a plurality of square plates, so that the structure is simple, the production efficiency is high; a chamfer angle is formed on a welding part, so that a welding seam is relatively attractive and reliable, and relatively good in sealing effect, thereby guaranteeing that the oil tank is safe and reliable, and does not leak oil in a using or transporting process.
