A combined tobacco leaf acquisition factory comprises a factory frame, a factory roof, a day lighting device and a tobacco grower observation region. The day lighting device is arranged over the factory roof, and comprises a frame, light-transmitting plates, traction motors and sunshade plates. The top of the frame is triangular, supporting walls are vertically arranged on the two sides below the triangular top and fixed to the factory roof, and the light-transmitting plates are arranged on the supporting walls. Multiple evenly arranged sliding channels are longitudinally formed in the upper surface of the triangular top, the sunshade plates are provided with pulleys matched with the sliding channels, and the traction motors are arranged on the triangular top. The sunshade plates are connected with the traction ends of the traction motors through traction ropes, and the tobacco grower observation region extends to the center of the factory all the way from the tobacco grower entrance and exit of the factory. Factory construction is not affected by the terrain, the day lighting effect is good, observation is facilitated for tobacco growers, and the humidifying effect is good.
