Summary:The utility model discloses a novel built-in roller way of a 2400 hot continuous rolling mill. The novel built-in roller way comprises four parallel roller way bodies, two edge rollers in the four roller way bodies are tapered rollers, the diameters of the two ends of each tapered roller are greater than the diameter of the middle, one of the tapered roller is connected with a motor through a transmission mechanism, and the other tapered roller is connected with another motor directly. Each tapered roller is of a two-section type structure and composed of two tapered roller sections, wherein the middles of the two tapered roller sections are connected together, and the diameter of the outer end of each tapered roller section is greater than the diameter of the inner end. The elevation of the upper roller surfaces of the four roller way bodies is 30 mm lower than a rolling line. The two edge rollers of the built-in intermediate roller way bodies are changed into the tapered rollers, power is applied, and the speed of the tapered rollers is made to be matched with the machine speed; meanwhile, the elevation of the upper roller surfaces of all the built-in roller way bodies is 30 mm lower than the rolling line, an aluminum strip does not make contact with the roller way bodies after passing through the built-in roller way bodies, and the problem that the lower portion of the aluminum strip is damaged is also solved.
