Summary:The utility model relates to the field of feed liquid evaporation and concentration devices and aims to provide a falling-film evaporator. The falling-film evaporator comprises a shell provided with a lower separator, an evaporation chamber, multiple heat exchange tubes, and a distributor connected with the upper part of the shell; the shell is separated into an upper cavity, a middle cavity and a lower cavity by virtue of the distributor and the lower separator; the lower end of each heat exchange tube is inserted into the lower separator and is communicated with the lower cavity; the distribution hole of the distributor comprises two main sections of which the diameter is the same as the inner diameter of the heat exchange tubes and an arc-shaped section of which the diameter is gradually enlarged from the middle to two ends; the upper end of each heat exchange tube is communicated with one main section; a feed liquid inlet hole communicated with the upper cavity, a heating medium inlet and a condensate water outlet communicated with the middle cavity, and a gas-liquid mixed outlet communicated with the lower cavity are formed in the shell; and a gas-liquid mixed inlet, a vapor outlet hole and a liquid phase outlet hole are formed in the evaporation chamber. According to the falling-film evaporator, the distribution hole of the distributor comprises the arc-shaped section favorable for film formation, the diameter of each main section is the same as the inner diameter of each heat exchange tube, and the film forming effect, the uniformity and the descending speed of allowing the feed liquid in a film shape to flow along the inner sides of the heat exchange tubes can be considered simultaneously.
