The utility model discloses a novel gastric lavage machine which comprises a liquid inlet device, a liquid outlet device, a gastric tube and a pressure sensor, wherein the liquid inlet device comprises a liquid filling pump, a filter and a liquid inlet pipe; the filter comprises a cylindrical filtering barrel arranged in the middle and filtering barrel connection openings formed in two ends; the other end of the filter is connected with the liquid inlet pipe; the other end of the filter is connected with a four-way valve; the liquid outlet device comprises a liquid suction pump, a sewage drainage barrel and a liquid suction pipe; one end of the liquid suction pipe is connected into the sewage drainage barrel, and the other end of the liquid suction pipe is connected to the four-way valve; the other two connection openings of the four-way valve are respectively connected with the gastric tube and a display; the pressure sensor is arranged on the inner wall of the middle part of the gastric tube; flushing holes are formed in the wall of the gastric tube; a cleaning device is arranged at the front end of the gastric tube and comprises a cleaning pad and a cleaning brush. The novel gastric lavage machine is simple in structure and convenient to operate and is clean; the safety is improved, and the working difficulty is reduced.
