The lower cutting device is arranged on a support below a cutting table, a transmission mechanism of a lower cutter is a chain type crank sliding groove mechanism, a crank pin is sleeved with a sliding sleeve, the sliding sleeve is arranged in a concave seat block, therefore, left-right reciprocating motion is achieved, and the cutting aim is achieved.
