Summary: | The utility model discloses a miniature circuit breaker trip gear which comprises a seal tube (4), a movable piece, a support frame (10) and a torsional spring (12). The upper end of the seal tube (4) is sealed with a pole block (6). A limit piece 13 is further embedded above the pole block. The movable piece is disposed in parallel with the seal tube (4). The movable piece comprises a horizontal movable head (7) and a movable arm (8) perpendicular to the movable head (7). The movable head (7) is located below an end of the limit piece (13). The central portion of the movable arm (8) is provided with a hanging hole (9). A trip rod is disposed in a hanging manner in the hanging hole (9). The upper end of the support frame (10) is closely attached to the movable arm (8) to play a supporting role. The torsional spring (12) comprises a first protruding end and a second protruding end. A loading coil (5) is connected with an over current, the pole block (6) generates magnetic flux, the movable piece overcomes the torsional force of the torsional spring (12) and approaches the pole block (6), the trip rod gets out of the hanging hole (9), and a circuit is disconnected. The movable piece returns back under the torsional force of the torsional spring (12). |
