Summary:The utility model provides a kit for detecting anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies. The kit comprises a plastic box, a gasket, a sample pad, a gold mark pad, a nitrocellulose membrane detection layer and an absorption pad, wherein the sample pad, the gold mark pad, the nitrocellulose membrane detection layer and the absorption pad are attached to the gasket and orderly connected with one another. The sample pad and the absorption pad are arranged at the two ends of the gasket, respectively; the nitrocellulose membrane detection layer is arranged in the middle of the gasket. The gold mark pad coated with gold marked mouse-anti-human IgG monoclonal antibodies is arranged at the junction of the detection layer and the sample pad; one end of the gold mark pad is arranged under the sample pad and the other end of the gold mark pad is arranged above the detection layer. The detection layer is provided with a detection line and a quality control line; the detection line is coated with the anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies; the quality control line is coated with goat-anti-mouse IgG.
