A semi-automatic arrangement and bag sewing device is mainly composed of a belt (1), an automatic labeling machine (2), a bag sewing machine (3), a shell nosing device (4), a clamping and holding device (5) and a discharge port (6), wherein the discharge port (6) is arranged above one end of the belt (1), the shell nosing device (4), the bag sewing machine (3) and the automatic labeling machine (2) are sequentially arranged at the other end of the belt (1), a movable trolley (51) is arranged on the lower portion of the clamping and holding device (5), the belt (1) is connected with the movable trolley (51) through a synchronous belt clamping plate, running wheels of the movable trolley (51) are supported by the portion, below the belt (1), of a machine frame, and the clamping and holding device (5) can reciprocate leftwards and rightwards on the belt (1) through the movable trolley (51). By means of the semi-automatic arrangement and bag sewing device, the automatic operation from bagging to bag sewing can be completed on large material packing lines such as flour packing lines through only manual auxiliary monitoring, the whole process can be rapid and efficient, the manual labor is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
