Summary:The utility model discloses an oil-water separation frying device which comprises an outer frame, an inner container, a temperature measuring head, an electric heating pipe, an oil frying basket, a blow-down valve and a ventilating pipe. The inner container is arranged inside the outer frame. The temperature measuring head is installed on the inner side of the inner container. The oil frying basket is installed on the inner side of the inner container. The blow-down valve is installed at the bottom of the inner container. The oil-water separation frying device further comprises an oil return pipe, a water return pipe, an oil heating tank and a steam heating tank. The oil return pipe is communicated with the oil heating tank. The electric heating pipe is installed inside the oil heating tank. The oil heating tank is connected with a heat guide disc through a first circulating pump. One end of the water return pipe is installed at the lower portion of the inner container. The other end of the water return pipe is connected to the steam heating tank. The steam heating tank is connected to the heat guide disc through a second circulating pump in parallel. By means of the oil-water separation frying device, the heat guide disc and heating oil are adopted, and therefore rapid and uniform heating can be achieved, heat is recovered through the oil return pipe and the water return pipe, in the frying process, the oil-water separation frying device can be assisted in turning through a hinge, and oil of fried objects can be filtered away through a telescopic rod.
