The gears comprise two driving gears and two driven gears, namely, the first driving gear, the second driving gear, the first driven gear and the second driven gear. The motor drives the transmission shaft through the coupling. The crosshead body is movably connected with the crankshaft through a connecting rod. Two bearing bushes are arranged at the end, extending into a pump body, of the crosshead body, the outer surface of each bearing bush is matched with the inner wall of the pump body and provided with at least two through grooves, the center line of each groove is a curve, and the center lines of the two grooves are two segments of the same helical line.
