The blowing device is simple in structure; after power filling is over, the air outlet with the blowing ring on the outer wall blows air to the surface of a powder box, carbon powder around a bin opening is eliminated, the surface of the powder box is kept clean, manual wiping or cleaning by an air gun is not required, labor is freed, and daily productivity is improved.
