Summary:The utility model relates to a dual-screw feeding device which is mainly composed of a stock bin and two spiral shafts. The small spiral shaft and the large spiral shaft are installed inside two circular arc cylinders of the stock bin respectively. The heads and the tails of the two spiral shafts share one feeding inlet and one discharging outlet. Materials enter the feeding inlet of the dual-screw feeding device from front-end conveying equipment, a motor speed reducer drives the large and small spiral shafts to rotate through chain transmission, and the materials are conveyed to the front end and guided into a weighing device from the discharging outlet. The motor speed reducer achieves closed-loop control through a frequency converter, a weight sensor and a weighing instrument. The large spiral shaft is used for achieving rapid feeding, the small spiral shaft is used for achieving slow feeding, and the purpose of quantified filling is achieved through cooperation of the large and small spiral shafts. According to the dual-screw feeding device, the anti-explosion design is adopted, the safety is fully considered, and the packaging requirement for some flammable and combustible materials and other hazardous materials is met.
